5 AM Me time

While browsing and window shopping through Lululemon's website I found this amazing video hidden in the "Spin it to Win it" section that describes perfectly why I have started to fall in love with waking up at 5 am for my morning Spin class...

I highly recommend it! 

I also fell in in love with a couple of their tops! Lululemon is a little pricey but definitely worth it. 

It's always a plus when you look good while you sweat!

October

I cannot believe October is already here. Although, I do have to say I absolutely love this month. I think it's the start of my favorite time of year. This month holds my husband's and brother's birthdays and brings the excitement and comfort of being able to wear boots leggings and huge sweaters...My go to Fall attire. I am seriously ready for some cold, cuddle time weather!
