Yoga has always been something that I wanted to throw myself into. I have tried it a couple times at work, (yes we had yoga as work...Thanks Brooke!) and I never got fully attached to it. Now that I haven't done it in a while, I actually miss it.
I recently got a basic yoga video and I think I'm going to make it part of my morning routine if i can't make it to the gym!
It's always a great way to start off the day clear minded!
